Smart road lighting is equipped with a camera for safety monitoring of the surroundings and a light-drawing function to provide safety and security. It is enviromentally friendly with its ability to provide the appropriate light to where it is needed, being managed remotely via communication system.

Compact, efficient and free-focus floodlight
with an RGB laser and drawing functions

The MEMS mirror device controls the RGB laser beam to adjust the focus of this drawing floodlight for short to long distances. It is an intelligent lighting fixture with a new function that enables automatic drawing in accordance with the shape of object detected by the camera.

The very compact light-emitting part provides a large quantity of light; this light source is materialized with blue laser and phosphor. We have also developed the condensing lens with high efficiency that converges light into narrower angle than usual. These technologies have enabled the 1/2 beam angle of 0.8°.

The low beams of automobile headlamps have a very sharp edge on the upper end of the light to prevent dazzling the oncoming vehicles and pedestrians. We have applied this technology to materialize a floodlight with sharp upper and lower borders of light. The right and left edges can also be adjusted sharply into arbitrary shapes.

Linear lighting that casts light to a wide area with the special light distribution

This lighting fixture provides linear light to a wide area with its special light distribution technology, while its light source being stored completely inside the fence and thus invisible from the outside. A belt of light can be created by placing them in a row.

Maximizing the potential of LED lighting, we have achieved an ultra-narrow light distribution which can be used in various light-up shows. This spotlight can deliver light to where it could not reach before. Our unique optical system shows beautiful projections with control of light distribution angles by 1° and provides a wide variety of colors, to create beautiful illuminations that meet your requests. Possessing high level of resistance to water and dust, the lighting fixture can be used in any kind of environment.

This new LED floodlight has its power source built in the fixture itself. It can be selected from 3 different types: 9-lens, 4-lens, and 1-lens. The light distribution angle can be changed simply by replacing the lenses, which can be done on-site. The variation of light distribution angle is as wide as from 1.5° to 30°; between 1.5° and 10°, the light distribution angle can be fine-tuned by 1°.

We have newly developed gold LED by applying our white LED technology, and materialized this very unique gold LED floodlight. Compared to white floodlight, illuminating golden surfaces such as temples and Buddha statues with our gold light can bring out their beautiful color even more. Furthermore, non-golden objects can be dyed gold with this floodlight.

The tolerance to lightning surge is as high as 20kV, which provides security in a long term use under harsh conditions. The risk of bugs getting inside the product is very low, because it is designed with high airtightness (IP66) even on the parts other than the light source. It uses LED of our own development which is the fruit of our automobile lamp business. The product can meet a variety of demands because it can provide many combinations of its output range, which is 100-200W, and its four patterns of light distribution. (LLF0016A)

On top of waterproof and dustproof, this floodlight is equipped with heavy salt tolerance which allows use in coast areas. We have conducted a test on use of this product in harbor environment. It has a sufficient quantity of light to irradiate a vast area, materialized by our own LED. We provide wide, medium and narrow light distributions to accommodate various geographical features and 3 color temperatures (white, warm white, incandescent), so the numerous combinations can be created to meet a variety of demands.

We materialized heat dissipation by diffusion during lighting, therefore this is a finless fixture. We also designed it so that the light-emitting part look thin when installed. The structure of housing is designed to keep adequate strength even being made of aluminum, so the product is lightweight and there is a uniformity in the color tone.
