Haneda Innovation City
Hotel courtyard lit with a narrow-light-angle floodlight
Ota-ku, Tokyo
Location
Haneda Innovation City is a large-scale complex of commercial, office, and hotel facilities.
It offers excellent access to Haneda Airport and is very close to Tenkūbashi Station.
Introduction
LEDSFOCUS PRO floodlights have been installed in the courtyard of the hotel that opened in the Haneda Innovation City complex, a recent hot topic.
Installation
LEDSFOCUS PRO 4-lens
3000K: Three units of 5° and three units of 4°
4000K: Two units of 2.5°, three units of 3°, and two units of 4°
The floodlights are positioned on one side of the U-shaped space to illuminate the stones arranged at various points around the courtyard.
The illumination subjects are about 10 to 20 meters from the light source.
This time, the shape of the courtyard required that the light be projected from points along a straight line from the floodlight positions.
To meet the customer’s needs despite these limitations, we used our robust line-up of beam angles in one-degree increments to create a straight line of products of different beam angles depending on the projection distance.
Our light distribution technology makes it possible to illuminate objects of different distances using the same magnitude of light.
Here, we used LEDSFOCUS PRO 4-lens.
We also used an optional louver. The louver both prevents viewers from looking directly into the light while also cutting the glare near the light source.
